CHUMP runs on Robinhood Chain, an EVM Layer 2 with chain ID 4663 and ETH gas. Robinhood calls the chain permissionless and separate from brokerage and crypto accounts, so deployment there is not Robinhood issuance or sponsorship. The project likewise disclaims affiliation with Donald Trump, campaigns, governments and public figures, and says its parody takes no pro- or anti-Trump position.
Live calls on 5 September returned one billion CHUMP, 18 decimals, a zero-address owner and inactive transfer limits. The deployed runtime still contains owner-oriented configuration entrypoints, but exposes no public mint, pause, blacklist or upgrade selector; CertiK classifies token privilege and upgrade as none. Because the explorer does not publish verified source, those checks establish current state and exposed runtime capabilities rather than every possible semantic path.
On 18 August the deployer called lockNFT for Uniswap V3 position NFT 518,773. The fourth argument is the locker schema's _unlockTime, so 1789669201 really was 17 September 2026, not a coincidental hex date. On 23 August the current withdrawal address called extendLockDuration(15,5396258401), moving expiry to 31 December 2140. getDepositDetails(15) now reports that time and not-withdrawn status, and ownerOf(518773) remains the locker. The locker itself is an EIP-1967 upgradeable proxy with a nonzero admin, so the evidence supports a long dated lock, not an irreversible eternity.
