COCO found a job inside an AI app—and lost its address on the front page

A December 2025 meme token gained a visible product role three months later when Coco AI used a 100-COCO balance as an access pass. The connection is written into the login code, while the project’s own landing page points its easiest contract shortcut at MOOLAH.

The token arrived before anyone could inspect the product

CertiK records the 0x80f1…8888 coco token on public listings from December 3, 2025. At that point, the short name and market record came before the software history now associated with it. The V-SK/COCO repository was created on March 14, 2026.

Four days later, Coco AI v1.1.0 published Android and macOS binaries. The README describes a TypeScript agent runtime with more than 35 plugins for prices, swaps, contract checks, memory, automation and messaging, plus four ways to handle wallet execution. This is the first inspectable product chapter, not just an AI label attached to a coin.

One hundred COCO became an access pass, but not the only one

The login component checks a connected wallet for at least 100 COCO. If the balance is short, its buy link opens PancakeSwap with 0x80f1…8888 already selected. That line of code is the clearest evidence that this specific token belongs to the application story.

The same screen also offers an independent social route through following @COCO_DOGE. A holder may use COCO as a credential, while another user can enter without buying it. The token gate therefore creates utility without creating ownership of the code, its operator or future revenue.

The front page breaks the link the login code establishes

The landing component gives visitors a prominent button to copy a contract. It hard-codes 0xbab528425edb1e0e36d3719bc3307d9c8cce8888, even though its market links and the login flow use 0x80f1ff15b887cb19295d88c8c16f89d47f6d8888.

The first address belongs to MOOLAH, which identifies it on its own site. A visitor who trusts the shortcut can therefore buy or inspect a different asset. Until the project fixes that button, only the complete 0x80f1…8888 address reliably joins the COCO market record to the Coco application.

A renounced-looking owner did not make the app autonomous

The token returns the zero address for owner(), and the reviewed scanner found no mint, blacklist, adjustable-tax or pause function. Its bytecode is also a minimal proxy to a shared implementation, and the scanner reports a whitelist whose practical purpose the project has not explained.

These details narrow what the token contract appears able to change. They say nothing about whether the login server accepts a wallet, whether social verification works, whether binaries remain available or which features ship next. Coco is still an operated software product even when the token’s owner field is zero.

The product shipped; its business promise stayed modest

Public code and downloadable artifacts show that Coco AI moved beyond a landing-page concept. What the sources establish is a framework, a release and two routes into the interface. They do not publish a complete allocation schedule or a contract giving holders revenue, redemption, company equity or a binding project vote.

For a user, the practical history is straightforward: 0x80f1 COCO became an optional key to a real application, and an address error made that key unusually easy to confuse with another coin. The lasting value of the gate will depend on the product continuing to run and improve.

What is coco?

Coco is a TypeScript framework that brings wallet actions, token research, trading, messaging and automation plugins into an AI-agent application. Its public repository lists more than 35 plugins and four wallet execution modes, and the March 2026 v1.1.0 release included Android and macOS binaries.

The product is connected in code to coco (COCO), a 1-billion-unit BNB Chain token at 0x80f1…8888. A wallet holding at least 100 COCO passes one login route; following @COCO_DOGE on X is a separate route. COCO is therefore a product credential, while the reviewed material does not make it a share of the software or a claim on its income.

What problem does coco solve?

COCO arrived on public token listings in December 2025, months before the inspectable V-SK/COCO repository appeared. The later application finally gave the token a concrete job: a 100-token balance can open the Coco interface. Yet the same project undermines that link on its landing page, where the copy-contract button contains MOOLAH’s 0xbab5…8888 address.

That mistake is more than a cosmetic typo because coco and COCO are not unique identifiers. The application’s purchase link points to 0x80f1…8888, while the prominent shortcut sends a user toward another asset. The full BNB Chain address is therefore necessary whenever a reader buys, transfers or checks the token.

How does coco work?

The published login component asks a connected wallet for its COCO balance. At 100 tokens or more, the wallet can satisfy the token route; otherwise the page links to PancakeSwap using the full 0x80f1…8888 contract. A second, independent flow grants access after following the project account on X, so the server and social check remain part of the product experience.

On BNB Chain, 0x80f1…8888 reports 18 decimals, a total supply of 1,000,000,000 and a zero address from owner(). It is an EIP-1167 minimal proxy whose runtime delegates to 0x8b43…d78d. CertiK did not report minting, blacklisting, adjustable taxes or a transfer pause in that implementation, although it did report a whitelist. Those token observations do not govern the website, login server or future app releases.

Key facts

  • Canonical contract: 0x80f1ff15b887cb19295d88c8c16f89d47f6d8888.
  • Network: BNB Chain; name coco; symbol COCO; 18 decimals.
  • Total supply returned 1,000,000,000 COCO on 4 September 2026.
  • The owner() call returned the zero address.
  • The token is an EIP-1167 minimal proxy to 0x8b4329947e34b6d56d71a3385cac122bade7d78d.
  • CertiK’s scan found no mint, blacklist, modifiable tax or transfer-pause function and reported a whitelist.
  • The public V-SK/COCO repository was created on 14 March 2026.
  • The README lists more than 35 plugins and four wallet execution modes.
  • Coco AI v1.1.0 was published on 18 March 2026 for Android and macOS.
  • A wallet with at least 100 COCO is one product-access route; following @COCO_DOGE is another.
  • The landing-page contract button copies MOOLAH’s 0xbab5…8888 address.
  • No reviewed document grants COCO holders revenue share, redemption, equity or a binding governance vote.

Frequently asked questions

Which COCO contract does this page cover?

The BNB Chain token at 0x80f1ff15b887cb19295d88c8c16f89d47f6d8888. The 0xbab5…8888 address visible in the project landing source is MOOLAH, a separate asset.

Does COCO unlock the AI application?

The published login code treats a balance of at least 100 COCO as one qualifying route. It also offers an independent X/Twitter-follow route, so token ownership is not the only stated access path.

Is the 1-billion supply fixed forever?

The current total is 1 billion and the scan found no mint function in the implementation it analyzed. Because the visible token is a minimal proxy, the implementation identity and platform-level controls should still be rechecked over time.

Do holders govern the project?

No binding governance process was found in the reviewed site, repository or release material. Holding COCO is documented as an access condition, not as equity or a contractual vote.

Has the AI framework shipped?

A public TypeScript repository and v1.1.0 Android/macOS binaries exist. That proves published code and artifacts, not uptime, security, profitability or continued operator support.

Why is the address mismatch serious?

Copying the displayed 0xbab5…8888 address leads to MOOLAH rather than this COCO. Readers should verify the full 0x80f1…8888 address before any token interaction.
