PumpMeme’s TON launchpad code and BNB token leave a missing connection

PumpMeme first left code for a TON memecoin factory. Months later it described curve launches, DEX graduation and an ambitious toolset, then distributed a plain BNB Chain token called PM. The token is simple; the relationship is not. The most useful history lies in the gap between what each chain can prove.

A Telegram-era launchpad began as TON source code

PumpMeme’s public account appeared in September 2024, and its GitHub repository followed on 8 November. The code was not a brochure: PumpCore calculated curve trades, kept protocol fees, created meme-token contracts and prepared DeDust-style pool deposits. It also assigned an owner and admin broad operating choices.

One detail prevents that code from becoming proof of a live network. The repository gives no production PumpCore address, and its last recorded push was 15 November 2024. Readers can inspect the intended machine, but cannot derive adoption or current administration from source alone.

The white paper turned the code into a launch ritual

On 25 July 2025 the project described a creator choosing a name, symbol and image, optionally pre-buying, then opening curve trading. When funding completed, platform trading would stop, raised TON and 20% of the meme token would move to a DEX, and users would unwrap clone jettons for the listed asset.

The document charged 1% before graduation and funded the business through creation, trading and advertising fees. It placed better market-making, aggregated trading, multiple chains and AI meme tools in later phases. Those verbs described a sequence the team wanted to build, not measurements of completed use.

An airdrop arrived before the chain story was reconciled

The allocation notice divided PM into five buckets: 20% community incentives, 40% liquidity, 10% team, 10% early investors and 20% ecosystem construction. Community, liquidity and ecosystem balances were said to release 25% at launch and the rest over 15 months; team and investor balances would wait ten months, then release over ten. It named one BNB address for each bucket.

On 1 August the official account announced a month-long airdrop claim period. The announcement did not establish which contract enforced the release schedule, who controlled each reserve, or how the TON launchpad would use PM.

The tradable PM contract chose BNB and radical simplicity

The token later cataloged and listed as PM lives on BNB Chain, not TON. Its entire custom logic is a constructor that creates 100 million tokens for the deployer. Standard ERC-20 transfers follow; there is no administrator who can mint again, freeze an account, levy a tax or replace the code.

Toobit opened PM/USDT trading on 6 February 2026 and named the exact BNB address. That made the market identity clear. It did not supply a bridge, migration transaction or contractual promise joining BNB PM to the TON contracts. The platform association comes from the publisher’s linked profiles and listings, not a cross-chain mechanism visible in the token.

A holder owns a balance, while the operator remains unnamed

PM’s code gives a holder control of a transferable balance. It does not award votes over PumpCore, a slice of its fees, redemption, company equity or ownership of tokens created on the platform. The published allocation addresses are ordinary accounts rather than vesting contracts. Their balances can be checked, but the code does not force the announced release dates.

The public record also omits the people and entity behind the controls. No founder, executive, company name or governing jurisdiction appears in the reviewed first-party material. This does not prove anonymity was malicious; it means contract simplicity cannot substitute for knowing who operates the product and makes off-chain promises.

What is PumpMeme?

PumpMeme presents itself as a memecoin launchpad. Its public repository contains TON contracts for creating jettons, selling them on a curve and moving liquidity toward a DEX. The tradable asset cataloged here is different in form: PM is a plain 18-decimal token on BNB Chain at 0x652fcafea5a2da18e8947748b7849b72148b4543. Its constructor minted 100 million units once.

The same brand and official directory links connect the product and token, but the technical connection is undocumented. No reviewed source supplies a deployed TON PumpCore address, a bridge, a swap contract or conversion terms between a TON asset and BNB PM. PM should therefore be read as the project token associated by the publisher, not as proof that it controls or settles every launchpad action.

What problem does PumpMeme solve?

PumpMeme entered a crowded launchpad field with a familiar complaint: creating and trading a meme token was easy, but launches were exposed to sniping, thin liquidity and scattered trading tools. Its answer was a Telegram-friendly TON flow in which creators set metadata, buyers trade along a bonding curve, and a filled curve sends liquidity to a DEX.

That proposal created a harder disclosure problem. The platform code, its own PM token and every user-created meme token are three different assets. Marketing phrases such as “safer” or “fairer” do not establish audited deployment, protected liquidity or legal recourse. The useful question is which layer a source actually proves.

How does PumpMeme work?

The November 2024 TON repository gives the clearest technical picture. PumpCore sets one billion units for each created meme token, makes 80% available to the curve, charges configurable protocol and creation fees, and prepares DEX vault, pool and deposit messages after funding. Its owner and admin can change operational parameters and withdraw protocol fees. The separate token template lets the launchpad owner mint a created jetton’s maximum once, then disables minting and replaces that jetton owner. These are published code paths; no deployment address was found.

The July 2025 white paper described buyers purchasing and selling through the curve, 1% internal trading fees, and graduation that moves raised TON plus 20% of meme-token supply to a DEX before users unwrap clone jettons. Market-making, aggregated trading, multichain support and AI creation were placed in later phases, so the document does not prove they shipped.

BNB PM is much narrower. Its verified Solidity constructor minted 100,000,000 PM to the deployer. The public interface is standard transfers and allowances; there is no external mint, owner, pause, blacklist, fee or upgrade function. That simplicity limits contract-level intervention, but it does not enforce the white-paper allocation or give holders a claim on platform fees.

Key facts

  • CoinGecko and Toobit identify the canonical asset as BNB Chain PM at 0x652fcafea5a2da18e8947748b7849b72148b4543, with 18 decimals.
  • The verified BNB contract minted exactly 100,000,000 PM in its constructor and exposes no later mint path.
  • The same contract has no owner, pause, blacklist, transfer-tax or proxy-upgrade function. Control can still exist in allocation wallets, exchange accounts, liquidity positions and the off-chain product.
  • PumpMeme’s public TON repository was created on 8 November 2024 and last pushed on 15 November 2024.
  • Published TON code gives PumpCore an owner and admin, configurable fees and fee withdrawal; no reviewed source identifies a deployed PumpCore address.
  • The TON meme-token template mints a project-created jetton once and then disables minting. It is separate from BNB PM.
  • The 25 July 2025 white paper describes curve trading and DEX graduation, while multichain and AI tools remain roadmap statements.
  • The allocation notice names five BNB addresses for 20% community, 40% liquidity, 10% team, 10% early investors and 20% ecosystem. All five are ordinary accounts, not vesting contracts.
  • An official post opened an airdrop claim from 1 August through 31 August 2025 UTC.
  • Toobit opened PM/USDT trading on 6 February 2026 at 08:00 UTC and specified BNB Chain.
  • No founder, executive, incorporated operator or governing jurisdiction was identified in the reviewed first-party record.
  • PM grants no documented vote, fee share, redemption, equity or ownership of launchpad contracts or user-created tokens.

Frequently asked questions

Is this PumpMeme the same as pump.fun or the Solana PumpMeme site?

No. The asset identified here is BNB Chain PM at 0x652f…4543. Pump.fun uses PUMP, while a separate site using pumpmeme.io describes a Solana product and PME. Similar names are not evidence of affiliation.

Is PumpMeme a TON project or a BNB Chain token?

Both descriptions appear in linked records, but at different layers. The published launchpad code and 2025 product logic target TON; the traded PM asset is on BNB Chain. No bridge or conversion route connecting them was documented.

Can the PM contract mint more tokens?

The verified BNB contract cannot. It minted 100 million in the constructor and has no external mint function. This does not reveal when allocation wallets may distribute their existing balances.

Does PM ownership earn launchpad trading fees?

No reviewed code or terms grant that right. PumpCore source sends protocol fees to operator-controlled accounting, while PM itself only records balances and transfers.

Did the bonding-curve platform deploy?

The website and Telegram presence are public, and the repository contains substantial TON source. A deployed PumpCore address and an independently traceable set of launches were not supplied, so deployment scale cannot be established here.

Are AI creation and multichain support live?

The July 2025 white paper places them in later roadmap phases. A live web interface alone does not prove those features or their usage.

Is the published unlock schedule enforced on-chain?

No. The issuer disclosed five allocation addresses, but live checks find no contract code at any of them. Readers can track balances, while the accounts themselves do not enforce the month-based schedule.

Who runs PumpMeme?

The reviewed official pages do not name a founder, company or legal jurisdiction. The TON code contains owner and admin roles, but no deployed address was found and those roles are not the BNB PM contract.
